IAC Home Improvement (IAC American Floors, LLC), Text Messaging Program
What these messages are
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages (see "How you sign up" below), IAC Home Improvement may send you text messages about your own service request and your own project with us:
- replies to questions you send us;
- estimates you requested, and links to review and approve them;
- updates about your project, crew arrival, schedule changes, job status;
- appointment confirmations and reminders on the day of your visit.
We do not send marketing, promotions, offers, discounts, or newsletters through this program.
Who sends them
Messages are sent by IAC Home Improvement. They may arrive from a number different from our main line, (848) 358-7694.
How you sign up
Joining is optional and is not a condition of purchase: you can request service, receive an estimate and hire us without agreeing to receive text messages. If you prefer, we will confirm everything by phone call or e-mail instead. You can join in any of these ways:
- Web forms: check the SMS consent box on the contact form on this website or on our appointment scheduling form at https://www.jobsiteplan.com/iac/schedule/eduardo, hosted on JobSite Plan, the scheduling system IAC Home Improvement uses to book and manage its jobs. The box is unchecked by default.
- By phone: during a call, our team may read you our SMS consent text and ask if you agree. You are signed up only if you say yes.
Sending us a text message does not by itself sign you up. If you text us, we will reply to your message, but ongoing notifications start only after you join in one of the ways above. Right after you join, we send you a text message confirming it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and project activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. IAC Home Improvement does not charge you for these messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages. You can also ask us to remove your number by calling us or by replying to any message.
To sign up again after stopping, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with anyone. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to communicate with you about your own service request and project. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version is published on this page.
