How long does an epoxy floor last?
With proper concrete prep and a quality topcoat, a residential epoxy floor typically lasts 10-20 years. Commercial floors are rated for heavy traffic and last for years with simple maintenance.
Why is concrete prep so important?
Epoxy is only as good as its bond to the slab. We diamond-grind the concrete and repair cracks and pits so the coating mechanically locks in — that's the difference between a floor that lasts and one that peels.
How long before I can use the floor?
Most floors are ready for foot traffic within about a day and vehicle traffic within a few days, depending on the system and temperature. We'll give you exact cure times for your project.
